The Lexington Senior High School Cheer Coach is responsible for coaching student athletes in cheerleading techniques to prepare them for events and/or competition. Position motivates student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. The Coach is responsible for setting and conducting practice times after academic classes and supervising the team at games, camp and any other activity where the team cheers. Must have training and experience in cheerleading and choreography. Requires excellent communication, managerial, and planning skills.
